Using the images from the digital iTero scan of your teeth, we create a customized plan to correct your smile. Every week, you will switch to a brand-new set of Invisalign clear aligners to wear. You can take them off to eat, drink, brush, floss, or even play sports or a musical instrument, but then you must put them back on to continue making progress.

Week after week, your teeth slowly shift to their ideal position. Your Prairie Grove orthodontist will determine the appropriate interval of for visits to our office appointment time interval to efficiently and conveniently transform your smile. We do ask that you come by every 8-15 weeks (depending on your treatment plan) so we can check your progress and make any necessary adjustments. Besides, we always love to see you.

But what parents really need to know is this: you’re covered. With the Invisalign Teen Guarantee, if you (or your teen) are not satisfied within the first six months of treatment, you can switch to traditional braces at no additional charge.

How much does Invisalign treatment cost, and what are my payment options?

The cost will vary based on the complexity of each case. At your initial consultation, we’ll be able to give you a solid idea of the total cost of treatment. To help make treatments more affordable, Prairie Grove Orthodontics offers a 0% interest financing program. We’re also happy to work with your insurance coverage and/or HSA – whatever it takes to get you smiling.

How will Invisalign treatment affect my life?

Give it a day or two for your mouth to adjust. You may feel some initial soreness – that’s normal and to be expected. The idea is to wear your aligners for 20-22 hours a day for maximum effect. Of course, you can remove them for an important social occasion, just put them back on as soon as possible. We ask that you don’t remove them for any type of tobacco use, as this can have a negative effect on the aligner trays (as well as your mouth and other organs).

What happens when my Invisalign treatment is complete?

You made it! To keep that beautiful smile, simply wear your retainer as prescribed by your orthodontist. Make sure to clean it regularly and continue to brush, floss and schedule your regular dental check-ups as always.
