Great News! Re-Opening Plans

May 18th, 2020

Patients and Families,

We are excited to announce that our offices have just re-opened, and we are working diligently to schedule appointments to check on the progress our patients have been making in their orthodontic treatment.

Please understand that we are doing everything we can to see your smiling face in our office as soon as possible. In the coming weeks, we will be reaching out to you via phone call or text message to schedule your next appointment.

Prior to your appointment, we ask that you take a few minutes to review the new COVID-19 precautions we have put in place to maximize the safety and comfort of our patients and staff at https://www.prairiegroveorthodontics.com/coronavirus-update#safety.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work through our re-opening plans, and we will be in touch as soon as we are ready to schedule your appointment. In the meantime, if you have any questions, concerns, or if you are experiencing an orthodontic emergency, please call or email us.

Sincerely,

An Update for Our Patients and Families

April 30th, 2020

Patients and Families,

We are excited to see you and check on your orthodontic progress, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during the temporary COVID-19 office closure. We are working hard to make sure we open just as soon as possible, in accordance with the CDC, ADA, and our State’s guidance. When a reopening date is established, we will call you when we can schedule your appointment.

Upon reopening, we assure you that the safety of our patients and staff remains our top priority. Our clinics stay on the leading edge of dentistry and orthodontics and incorporate advanced safety measures to safeguard health. We have always maintained the highest infection and cross-contamination prevention standards in our clinics, exceeding the standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to ensure that our patients and our team are safe.

Your doctors and orthodontic team at Prairie Grove Orthodontics are committed to staying up to date, day by day, on what is being discovered about the Coronavirus to determine any additional infection prevention and control protocols needed. When you return to our office, you will notice additional measures we have put in place to maximize your safety and comfort. Details are available at https://www.prairiegroveorthodontics.com/coronavirus-update.

Even more is taking place behind the scenes as we prepare to see you again, including the implementation of advanced technologies that will allow for remote monitoring of treatment.

Again, we thank you for your continued patience and cooperation, and we will be in touch just as soon as possible to schedule your next appointment. In the meantime, if you have any questions, concerns, or if you are experiencing an orthodontic emergency, please email us at pg.ortho@live.com or call 608-222-6377.

Sincerely,

Your Friends at Prairie Grove Orthodontics

A Prairie Grove Orthodontics Update: We're Here for You!

April 10th, 2020

We’re here for you!

Even though our clinics remain closed for non-emergency care, we are still here to support your ongoing orthodontic treatment. From the safety of your home, we can virtually monitor your treatment and address concerns you have.

  • Contact us if you would like to request a video-based appointment to virtually check your appliances or aligners and to connect face-to-face about treatment questions.
  • Email us photos, questions, or concerns about your treatment or call
  • Your doctors have filmed a series of short videos on FAQs and tips filled with helpful information.

If you are experiencing an orthodontic emergency, including severe discomfort, swelling, or trauma to your face, mouth, or teeth, please email or call to determine how we can help.

As a reminder, if you have an orthodontic appointment scheduled during this temporary COVID-19 closure, that appointment is canceled and no action on your part is necessary. As soon as we determine when our clinic can resume normal operations, in alignment with CDC, AAO, and ADA guidance, we will connect with you to reschedule the appointment.

We also want to assure you that the safety of our staff and patients remains our top priority. To safeguard your health, we have always maintained the highest sterilization and infection prevention standards in our clinics. We continue to advance our clinical practices based on the latest information and recommendations, including guidance from the CDC and WHO.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We will continue to do our very best to keep you informed about when we can see your smiling faces again in our clinics. Until then, stay healthy and safe at home.

Sincerely,

Your Friends at Prairie Grove Orthodontics
