Connecting about treatment during COVID-19 closures
Connecting about your treatment
Even though our clinics remain closed for non-emergency care, we are still here to support your ongoing orthodontic treatment. From the safety of your home, we can virtually monitor your treatment and address concerns you have.
- Contact us to request a video-based appointment to virtually check your appliances or aligners and to connect face-to-face about treatment questions. You can also send questions or concerns about your treatment or call.
Dr. Hamm has prepared a series of short videos on FAQs and tips that you may find helpful.
If you are experiencing an orthodontic emergency, including severe discomfort, swelling, or trauma to your face, mouth, or teeth, please contact us or call to determine how we can help.
As a reminder, if you have an orthodontic appointment scheduled during this temporary COVID-19 closure, that appointment is canceled and no action on your part is necessary. As soon as we determine when our clinic can resume normal operations, in alignment with CDC, AAO, and ADA guidance, we will connect with you to reschedule the appointment.
We also want to assure you that the safety of our staff and patients remains our top priority. To safeguard your health, we have always maintained the highest sterilization and infection prevention standards in our clinics. We continue to advance our clinical practices based on the latest information and recommendations, including guidance from the CDC and WHO.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We will continue to do our very best to keep you informed about when we can see your smiling faces again in our clinics. Until then, stay healthy and safe at home.
